Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI have thoroughly enjoyed my time living at Arrive Watertower. The leasing office is always very prompt and helpful, and it s a nice luxury to have a heated parking garage, especially living in Minnesota.
The location being close to everything is a huge plus as well

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesCommunity is really clean and safe…if I have any problem anytime with plumbing or other stuff…the people will come and fix that immediately ….we don’t have the noise pollution and …the garage also looks clean all the time… the community hall is really pleasantly oraganized

I also really enjoy the secure package room. It makes me feel safer knowing I can use the park system to keep my deliveries secure.
