|Recommended: YesLuxurious At A Great Price — I love how everything is within driving limits, close to the mall, grocery store, pet stores, etc. I love how quiet it is living in this area of the town, barely anything goes on that could disturb the peace. The office staff are awesome, patient and very caring. The maintenance people are very consistent and quick when it comes to something needing to be fixed fast and get over with. The parking spaces are great and convenient. It's usually pretty quiet in the apartment complex. It was quite loud with the neighbors and their music but after a talk with the office staff, the neighbors stopped.

|Recommended: YesExcellent Property — It's been 6 months since I moved to Arrive Watertower apartments and feels like home to me. Well maintained, helpful and amazing staff members. In close vicinity to the mall. Walmart is just across the road.
