|Recommended: YesVery Happy With My Stay — Arrive watertower is very nice community to live. I moved to this community 5 months back, I am really enjoying my stay here at this community. Staff are very friendly, Maintaince is quick , Community is located right in middle of everything.

At a great location walking distance from Walmart, health club and loads of restaurants. Also has its own fitness center including gym, training space, hot tub and sauna.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Be — I really enjoy living here. The rent is a bit high, but the area and the amenities are worth it Anything you may need is very close by and because it is located between HWY 212 and HWY 494, you can get anywhere quickly. I have never needed to call maintenance, but the one staff member I met was extremely nice. Sometimes other tenants can be loud in the parking lot, but that is the only time I hear anyone else. Overall a great place to live
