This is an amazing apartment complex with very nice staff. Amazing amenities and very close to shopping centers. Safe as one can ask for and very respectful staff and management.

I got severly injured the morning of the move and they were extremely accommodating to my Wife. I am super thankful.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI moved in on August 1st, without my husband since he was in the hospital for surgery. Everything has been TIP TOP since move in. Today, August 8th, is my birthday and this morning, my request to switch the handles on our refrigerator was made AND completed within an hour or so of the request being created. I'm so thankful for Abby, Colin, and Julia who have made this moving transition great My husband has been home for a few days and we both couldn't be happier

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesEverything’s is good except for the garbage chute in 12310 is always over flowing and a lot residents leave the garbage on the ground. This is our home, I wish the people were a lot more clean.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe staff was very helpful and the place is nice. Theres been quite a bit of trash on the ground and overflowing out of the bin outside in the parking lot. My sink is clogged and the washing machine doesnt spin and ive only been here a week. Mixed feelings right now.
