I have been going through some things with my ex-partner and the staff has been extremely understanding and helpful. It doesnt just feel like a place to live, but it really has a family feel in the community.

There newest addition of coffee machine is great and some nice coffee can be brewed in it.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesLiving at Arrive Water tower has been great. The best part of it is definitely the staff. Abby and Colin are exceptional. They have accommodated every request, have a smile on their faces, and are available to listen. I have never heard either one of them say a negative word about anything. There have been a few times when I was upset about things and dumped on them. Even then they were gracious. I haven’t been good about telling them how much I appreciate them. In addition, the maintenance crew is personable as well as helpful. We have needed their help several times For example, we needed some painting done, screen replacement, work on a window etc We were very satisfied with the work they did.
